About Kirsten Robertson
Kirsten was re-introduced to modern architecture several years ago while working with clients searching for homes in this style. A Southern California native, Kirsten grew up around modern homes and ranches and as such, was naturally drawn to this style of home in the Pacific Northwest. A real estate agent since 2003, Kirsten has helped clients buy and sell modern homes on the Eastside and becoming part of the 360modern team was a natural progression for her.
Kirsten is now a Managing Broker with Coldwell Banker Bain. She has seen he world of real estate change rapidly in recent years. Technology is giving consumers information and transparency into the home-buying process, yet real estate transactions have become ever more complicated. Marketing a home properly has also become more difficult and involved. She sees it as imperative that real estate agents not only provide great representation, but also specialize in one area, be it location or property type, giving clients the additional value they now seek in an agent. Local market knowledge and marketing expertise are what get a home sold. Kirsten, working with the 360modern team is “the source for modern real estate” on the Eastside.
Kirsten has lived in the Seattle area since 1993 and Kirkland since 1998. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. She has over 15 years experience in sales and marketing working for companies such as Microsoft and Cendant Corp. She is also a WA State Certified Real Estate Instructor and recipient of Coldwell Banker’s Sterling and Diamond Club awards.
